Mac Nayeri is a seasoned advocate and problem solver who has spent nearly two decades helping individuals and families navigate some of the most complex and consequential challenges in immigration law.

 

Mac has represented clients throughout Arizona’s detained and non-detained Immigration Courts since 2007, handling matters involving asylum, withholding of removal, Convention Against Torture claims, cancellation of removal, waivers of inadmissibility, and adjustment of status. His work frequently involves deeply personal and high-stakes issues including persecution, family separation, medical hardship, criminal history, and humanitarian relief.  

 

Mac’s advocacy extends across virtually every level of the U.S. immigration system. He has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His experience includes appeals and remands, mandamus actions, consular processing, citizenship and naturalization, U visas, VAWA matters, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, humanitarian parole programs, and complex waivers of inadmissibility. Beyond immigration law, Mac has represented clients in Arizona family and criminal courts, giving him a broader perspective on the legal issues that often intersect with immigration status and family stability.
