Tamaryn da Ponte, Esq., is an attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience spanning special education advocacy, immigration law, criminal prosecution, litigation, legal project management, and international governance initiatives. She brings a strong background in litigation and client advocacy to her work with children and families, helping parents understand their child’s unique needs and pursue appropriate educational services and supports.
 

Tamaryn previously served as an Assistant County Attorney with the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she prosecuted complex Superior Court matters from investigation through jury trial and sentencing, with a focus on special victim cases. She also served as Country Director for the International Institute for Ethical Governance and Accountability, advancing transparency and ethical governance while expanding IIEGA’s U.S. presence and developing university-based Centers of Excellence.

Her experience also includes regulatory and contract support, cross-border compliance, corporate compliance, and legal project management. Prior to her public-sector and governance roles, Tamaryn served as an Energy and Environmental Legal Project Manager at Bernstein Shur in Portland, Maine, and practiced in South Africa across litigation, corporate compliance, and affirmative action matters.
