Kathleen Ireland is an internationally trained attorney with decades of legal experience across multiple jurisdictions. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to advocacy, with a background in family-related legal matters, estate administration, cross-border representation, and complex legal systems.

 

Ms. Ireland earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Law, as well as her LLB, from the University of the Witwatersrand. She later completed an LLM in International Trade at the University of Stellenbosch, building a strong foundation in international law, regulatory systems, and institutional frameworks.

 

Admitted as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer in the High Court of South Africa, Ms. Ireland spent nearly twenty years in private practice handling property transfers, probate, and estate administration. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a member of the New York Bar.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ireland has served in senior legal and advisory roles across the public and private sectors. She combines broad legal training, international perspective, and clear communication to help individuals and families feel supported, informed, and empowered through complex legal processes.
